Wrong UID, wallet address or account number provided by user
Order already completed successfully
Game Top-Up already delivered
Fraudulent or fake transaction ID
Violation of Terms of Service
Change of mind after order completion

4. Refund Process

Submit refund request within 24 hours
Admin reviews within 24–48 hours
If approved, refund sent to original payment method
Refund processing time:
