2. Eligible for Refund
- If we fail to deliver your dollar/USDT
- If a technical error causes order failure
- If a duplicate payment is made
- If admin cancels the order
- If service is unavailable at time of order
3. NOT Eligible for Refund
- Wrong UID, wallet address or account number provided by user
- Order already completed successfully
- Game Top-Up already delivered
- Fraudulent or fake transaction ID
- Violation of Terms of Service
- Change of mind after order completion
4. Refund Process
- Submit refund request within 24 hours
- Admin reviews within 24–48 hours
- If approved, refund sent to original payment method
- Refund processing time:
