By using Dollar-BD Exchange (dollarbdexchange.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

Dollar-BD Exchange provides:

• USD Dollar Buy and Sell services
• Gaming Top-Up services (Free Fire, PUBG, MLBB)
• Digital Wallet services
• Referral and Bonus programs

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• One account per person/email is allowed
• You must be at least 18 years old
• Do not share your account with others

• Accurate Transaction ID must be provided
• We are not liable for incorrect information
• Payment processed within maximum 1 hour
• Exchange rates may change without notice
• Minimum and maximum limits apply per order
• All transactions are final once confirmed

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Submitting duplicate Transaction IDs
• Creating multiple accounts
• Fraudulent or fake payment proofs
• Money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting to manipulate exchange rates
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

Violation will result in immediate account suspension.

• Refunds only for unprocessed orders
• No refund after transaction is confirmed
• Wrong account details provided by user are not our responsibility
• Disputed transactions reviewed case by case

• Provide correct Player ID/UID
• Wrong Player ID = no refund
• Top-up delivered within 1 hour
• We are not affiliated with game companies

• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash
• Bonus balance can only be sold
• We reserve the right to freeze suspicious accounts
• Minimum withdrawal amount applies

• Bonus earned per completed transaction
• Bonus can only be sold, not withdrawn
• Fraudulent referrals will be disqualified
• Bonus rates may change at any time
• Admin reserves right to modify bonus system

We are not liable for:

• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party exchanger delays
• Binance or payment gateway issues
• Force majeure events
• Losses due to incorrect user information

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Cancel pending orders
• Withhold funds in case of fraud
• Ban users who violate terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
